Aww damn. Not that there was really anything important in it; it was just a fun talk. XD But nope, not really. Juli did note:

but also i think like. ideas around the scar would change. because zuko as a boy is like....having a scar is painful for him, yes. but aesthetically it's like ~rugged and shit which would be far less forgiving as a girl i think

Not sure whether that would change where Ozai would put the scar or just how other people react to Zuko's scar. :|a But yay!

I don't think it would change the scar itself, since Ozai doesn't seem to treat Azula any differently for being a girl? But yeah, I guess people would react to it differently. =/
